Sponsorship supports costs. It does not buy editorial control.

Allowed formats
- Logo (on the site and event page) + one slide + max 2-minute intro.
- Demos must be technical breakdowns (pipeline, constraints) — not sales pitches.
Not allowed
- Long sales decks, aggressive lead capture, blocking exclusivity, spam in WhatsApp or Discord.
Data & contacts
- VPPt does not share member phone numbers, handles, or emails with sponsors.
- Sponsors must not DM members for marketing via WhatsApp or Discord unless the member directly consents.
- If a sponsor collects leads (QR or form), they are responsible for notice, lawful basis, and their own privacy policy.
Transparency
- Sponsors are listed publicly on the event page. Any affiliate or commission relationships are disclosed.
Termination
- VPPt may refuse or terminate a sponsorship for breaches of this policy or the Code of Conduct.
